1. GENERAL POLICY FOR SERVICES Digitalnic LLC offers digital marketing services and online consulting. Unlike physical goods, these services utilize our time, intellectual property, and expertise. Therefore, all sales for services rendered are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that we charge for the time and expertise involved in the consultation or management setup, regardless of the marketing results achieved on third-party platforms.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS Refunds are only available under the following specific circumstances:
Before Service Initiation: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND before any onboarding, audit, or consulting work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
Service Cancellation by Us: If Digitalnic LLC is unable to deliver the service for any reason, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Duplicate Charges: If an error occurs and you are billed twice for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS The following are strictly non-refundable:
Consulting hours already delivered.
Setup fees once the account configuration has started.
Monthly management fees once the billing cycle has begun.
Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND To request a refund (if eligible under Section 2), please contact our support team.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that banks may take 5-10 days to post the funds to your account.
5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Attempting to claim a refund via your bank (Chargeback) when services have been rendered in accordance with our Terms of Service is considered a violation of our agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide this policy and proof of service delivery to the financial institution.
